At Cœur de Mithril, we ensure Research !
Research and development costs are fully covered by Cœur de Mithril. This is why you do not have to pay to make a mold, for our new installations acquisition, for the test of new materials or to design patterns for your items. Therefore, we retain the right to use these innovations for future use. They may therefore be reused, in whole or in part, in order to produce and sell similar products. Everyone is a winner and you could benefit in your next purchase of innovations from another order. That's how we make tailor-made affordable ! This is how we innovate at Cœur de Mithril.
Limited warranty
Products sold by Cœur de Mithril are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and product design. In this case, the product will be repaired at the expense of Cœur de Mithril according to our availabilities. The product must be shipped to the Heart of Mithril workshop.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage and breakage due to improper, abusive or negligent use.
- Damage and breakage due to insufficient or inadequate maintenance in regard to product recommendations.
- Premature deterioration and breakage due to accidents (fall, damage caused by blows carried with excessive force, etc...).
- Cosmetic damage due to use of the product (notches made by branches, armor, scratches due to fighting, etc ...).
- The loss or theft of all parts and parts of the product.
- The warranty does not include the updating or replacement of parts, features or techniques used in the manufacture of our products. The customer, if he wants to benefit from the latest technical improvements, must buy a new item.
Cœur de Mithril does not assume any transport / delivery / insurance costs, import taxes, and any telephone / fax charges incurred as a result of the implementation of the warranty.
Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Cœur de Mithril be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, loss or damage, arising from the use of its products, regardless of the legal principle evoked.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the product is in good condition prior to each use and to ensure that the product is used properly and suitably for the purpose for which it was designed.
It is not advisable to expose the items to intense heat, to keep them near a flame or to immerse themselves in the water by wearing them.
The user must ensure that he / she is in good physical condition to avoid injury, discomfort or other health problems. Cœur de Mithril can not be held responsible for any personal injury caused by the use of its products against the user or a third party.
